
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, for Pilates Reformer classes. Pilates Reformer classes max out at 6 people, so to ensure you have a spot please pre-register HERE. You can purchase a single class or class pack from MindBody and then you are ready to sign up through this site or on your MindBody app on your phone.
Please see our cancellation policy below and be aware charges will apply to some classes due to late cancellation.
Please contact the studio to book private or duet Pilates sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no late cancel charge for Group Fitness. All Group Fitness classes run as scheduled.
For Pilates Reformer and Apprentice Pilates classes, you will be able to cancel free of charge if you cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you cancel within the 12 hours prior to class you will forfeit that single class or class on your package. If you do not show up, you will forfeit that class or a class from your package. If there is an emergency, please cancel out of class the same way you booked the class through our booking system MindBody. Voicemails, text messages, and emails are not taken for cancellations. All must be canceled through MindBody.
What if there is a waitlist?
Class will automatically begin a waitlist when the class is full. If someone cancels from the class you will be added in the order you signed up. You will receive a text or email if you get into the class; whatever you have specified in your MindBody account is how you will be contacted. Please do not forget you are on the waitlist! You will be added the day of if someone cancels and will be responsible for that time slot. Please take your self off the waitlist 12 hours prior to the class if you can not make the class.
What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You do not need to wear shoes for Pilates reformer or Mat classes, socks are optional. For Les Mills classes, wear comfortable clothes to move and sweat in and supportive athletic shoes.
Can I come if I’m pregnant?
Yes, but please check with your doctor first. Upon your doctor’s approval, please monitor your heart rate and rest as you need to. Arrive 15 minutes early to let the instructor know.
Can I come to Pilates Reformer if I have never taken a Reformer class before?
We recommend that you take a private Pilates session with one of our instructors so you are familiar with the equipment. Please contact the studio to set up a private.
Can I take a class if I have an injury?
If you have a doctor’s approval you may come to class. Please listen for options and modifications, and always listen to your body. Your instructor will ask you to explain your injuries before class begins. Please be upfront about recent injuries and surgeries and arrive 15 minutes early to discuss.
What is Pilates Reformer Apprentice Class?
This class is taught by our student Pilates teachers that are currently studying to become professional Pilates instructors. Comprehensive Pilates Training is a 500 hour certification that involves equal part education and practice teaching. The price for this class is reduced because of the level of the instructor. All GROUP FITNESS CLASS PACKAGES can be used to attend this class.
