Pilates Reformer Class
Pilates is best when it’s strategically about the individual and in these small group classes (maximum of 6 people) we can focus and achieve your personal goals. We utilize the Pilates equipment, the reformer and the springboard to give the body a complete and dynamic workout. If you are brand new to Pilates we recommend taking a private session first to familiarize yourself with the equipment. All levels are welcome, options and modifications are given. 55 min class. Pilates Reformer Apprentice Class
This class is taught by our student Pilates teachers that are currently studying to become professional Pilates instructors. Comprehensive Pilates Training is a 500 hour certification that involves equal part education and practice teaching. The price for this class is reduced because of the level of the instructor. Les Mills CORE
Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CORE™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Les Mills RPM Cycle
RPM™ Cycle is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM Cycle workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Cardio Circuit Training
This bootcamp style class will help you build muscle while burning calories. In 45 minutes we move through 2-3 circuits designed to target each of your muscle groups for a full body workout. Every class starts with a burst of intensity to get your heart rate up which is maintained through the strength circuits and finally brought down with a 5-minute core finisher and stretching. Ride with a group and ride to the music with our in-person Cycle class. This 45-minute indoor cycling workout will bring you on a journey through hill climbs, sprints, and flat roads all while educating you on proper body alignment on a bike. Each class brings the outside in and offers a new playlist to ride to. Let the music, instructor, and fellow riders guide and motivate you to keep on pedaling – the class will be over before you know it!
