Pilates Strength and Cardio Circuit

This class is a Liv member favorite. Our instructors guide you through a circuit training session using light weight and mat Pilates exercises. Then we jump on the Reformers for cardio challenges and utilize the Pilates Springboard wall for more resistance exercises. This is an innovative class unique to Liv, our Pilates instructors are experienced, and knowledgeable and know how to get you fit and strong while having fun. BOOK NOW

Pilates Reformer classes at Liv are simply the best. Walk out of one of our classes and you will feel invigorated, and strong. Body Combat Kickboxing

Body Combat Kickboxing class at Liv is a high-energy martial arts inspired Kickboxing class. Boxing Circuit

Train like a boxer. This circuit class moves participants around the room from station to station from the heavy bags for boxing and kicking to speed, power, and agility. The focus is high-intensity training and if you’d like to fast-track your fitness this 45 min class is for you. The station equipment includes; battle ropes, acceleration speed cords, heavy bags, jump ropes, light to heavy weights, an agility ladder, slam balls, kettlebells, boxes, hurdles, and more! Body Pump Weightlifting

Lift weight with us in this easy-to-follow, set to music, barbell class. We lift light weight with high repetition to build muscle mass safely. Reasons to lift weight: Greater stamina – as you grow stronger, you won’t get tired as easily, you go further in your endeavors outside the gym. Cycle RPM

Ride with us and you will go further! Cycle RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact, and set to great music. Our Stages Indoor Cycle bikes have the best ergonomic fit, meaning all participants can ride comfortably. The pedals are compatible with SPD cleats or we have baskets for regular training shoes. The ride takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You choose your intensity! Our instructors are clear with how the ride should feel and are there to push you. Cardio Dance

Functional Strength

We call this class Functional Strength because we do all the exercises that allow your body to continue to do all the activities you love to do outside the gym. The class includes exercises such as planks, hovers and body weight. We uses light weight and resistance tubes to add to the intensity. HIIT Conditioning

HIIT strength class at Liv is the real deal. The class is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Postnatal/Mom & Baby Barre

Led by the incredible birth doula Marissa Mignone, come work out with or without your baby. This class is for new moms to get together, move and connect.
