Pilates Reformer Class

Pilates is best when it’s strategically about the individual and in these small group classes (maximum of 6 people) we can focus and achieve your personal goals. We utilize the Pilates equipment, the reformer and the springboard to give the body a complete and dynamic workout. If you are brand new to Pilates we recommend taking a private session first to familiarize yourself with the equipment. All levels are welcome, options and modifications are given. 55 min class. Pilates Reformer Apprentice Class

This class is taught by our student Pilates teachers that are currently studying to become professional Pilates instructors. Comprehensive Pilates Training is a 500 hour certification that involves equal part education and practice teaching. The price for this class is reduced because of the level of the instructor. All GROUP FITNESS CLASS PACKAGES can be used to attend this class. BOOK NOW

Pilates Mat

A series of Pilates exercises performed on a mat for optimal functional strength training. Mat classes will challenge your whole body as you move through all planes of motion throughout the 55 min class. All levels are welcome, no previous experience required, please bring a mat. BOOK NOW

Pilates Fusion – Kid Friendly

The Pilates fusion class combines functional strength training along with innovative exercises with props and small weights. Kids of all ages are welcome to come join Mom on the mat. Members without kids are welcome as well. BOOK NOW
