Pilates Reformer Class

Pilates is best when it’s strategically about the individual and in these small group classes (maximum of 6 people) we can focus and achieve your personal goals. We utilize the Pilates equipment, the reformer and the springboard to give the body a complete and dynamic workout. If you are brand new to Pilates we recommend taking a private session first to familiarize yourself with the equipment. All levels are welcome, options and modifications are given. 55 min class. Pilates Apparatus Jump + Springboard

Here’s your chance to play on all the apparatus and props we have in our studio. We will move you through all the planes of motion like any other Pilates class but will utilize the jump boards to lift your cardio and Springboards to challenge intensity with the springs. BOOK NOW

Pilates Reformer Apprentice Class

This class is taught by our student Pilates teachers that are currently studying to become professional Pilates instructors. Comprehensive Pilates Training is a 500 hour certification that involves equal part education and practice teaching. The price for this class is reduced because of the level of the instructor. Les Mills CORE

Exercising muscles around the core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CORE™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Les Mills RPM Cycle

RPM™ Cycle is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM Cycle workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
